Policy
MaryMouaBeauty is a travel-only makeup artist based in Rochester, MN. Travel fees will depend on the location of the client.
- All clients are required to sign a contract regarding their appointments and payment via email. Prices are subject to change.
- COVID: All clients must test negative prior to the date of appointment according to state and/or local COVID guidelines. The environment must be clean and safe at all times, consistent with all health and safety laws. If anyone is experiencing symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19, services will not be provided to them.
- If anyone is experiencing any kind of cold or sickness, services will not be provided for them.
- GRACE PERIOD: All clients are allowed a maximum time of a 15 minute late arrival to their homes or venue. If the client(s) does not show up within the 15 minute grace period, their appointment is canceled. Payment must still be made.
- If it is requested for the artist(s) to stay to complete additional services [such as touch ups or makeup changes], it will be $40.00/hour for each artist, beginning after the makeup service end time..
